Shipping policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Ever Onward Publishers in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Please allow 2 - 4 working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders shipped to rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

We charge a nominal delivery charge of rs.35/- for orders below rs.500/- All the orders above rs.500/- are delivered free.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if your self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Ever Onward Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
International Shipping:
International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / FedEx. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 3 hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email mentioning your Order Number.

International delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 days.

For some shipments delivered outside India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
